CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Hosterman called the special meeting to order at the hour of 5:30 p.m. <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Absent: None <br /> 3. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> The following addressed Council concerning the PCEA's contract negotiations: Elicia Stander, <br /> David Miller, Penny Johnson, Shannon Revel- Whitaker, Rosalind Rondash, Aida Nash, JoAnn <br /> Bartlett, Lori Bailey, Steve Revel, Jennifer Whitehouse, Kay Ayala and John Carroll. <br /> The meeting adjourned to closed session for the following purpose. <br /> 4. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS pursuant to Government Code §54957.6 <br /> Agency representatives: Nelson Fialho and Julie Yuan -Miu <br /> Employee organizations: Pleasanton City Employees' Association <br /> Council recessed to a Workshop at 7:00. The special meeting reconvened in closed session at <br /> 9:52 p.m. <br /> 5.
