<br />Commissioner Blank moved to continue Case PV-203 to the March 9, 2011 <br />meeting. <br />Commissioner Pearce seconded the motion. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Olson. <br /> <br />PV-203 was continued to the March 9, 2011 meeting. <br /> <br />d. PV-204, Sia Hashimi <br />Application for a Variance from the Pleasanton Municipal Code to allow <br />the width of a corner lot located at 364 Linden Way in unincorporated <br />Alameda County to be reduced from the required 85 feet to 80 feet for a <br />proposed three-lot subdivision, to be processed separately by Alameda <br />County. <br /> <br />This item has been continued to a future meeting. <br /> <br />e. PAP-151, Kong Susanto and Catherine Pranoto (PADR-2138, Frederic <br />and Yiping Leroudier, Applicants) <br /> <br />Appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval of an Administrative <br />Design Review to install a second-story window on the right (south side) <br />elevation of the existing residence located at 5252 Meadowwood Court. <br />Zoning for the property is R-1-6,500 (One-Family Residential) District. <br /> <br />Commissioner Pearce recused herself from the item, stating that she lives in close <br />proximity to the subject site. <br /> <br />Mr. Otto also noted that because Ms. Stern was the Zoning Administrator for the item, <br />he would act on her behalf, and Ms. Amos would provide the presentation. <br /> <br />Natalie Amos presented the staff report and described the scope, layout, and key <br />elements of the appeal. <br /> <br />Municipal Code, as it is very wise in its foundations.
