Commissioner Blank requested that the second sentence of the first paragraph under <br />Approval of Minutes be modified to read as follows: "He stated that he would also want <br />to see detailed, high quality visuals; however, he is not suggesting this to suggested <br />thatthe applicant wait until he comes forward with a formal application because of the <br />extraordinary expense that would entail." <br />Commissioner Blank also requested that the first sentence of the second paragraph on <br />page 7 be modified to read as follows: "Commissioner Blank stated that he would like <br />to have a Commission unity unanimity and asked…." <br />Commissioner Blank moved to approve the Minutes of January 12, 2011 meeting, <br />as amended. <br />Commissioner Olson seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Blank, Narum, Olson, Pearce, and Pentin. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />The Minutes of the January 12, 2011 meeting were approved, as amended. <br />3. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />There were no revisions or omissions to the Agenda. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />a. PCUP-284/PUD-81-02-03M, Little Flowers Montessori Preschool <br /> Application for: (1) a Minor Modification to the approved Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD-81-02) to: (a) designate preschools as conditionally <br />permitted uses; (b) construct an outdoor playground area; and <br />(c) construct an approximately 156-square-foot electrical room addition <br />to the existing building; and (2) a Conditional Use Permit to allow a <br />preschool at 11533 Dublin Canyon Road.
