ADOPT A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE PROCLAMATION OF A LOCAL EMERGENCY <br /> Motion: It was m/s by Thorne /McGovern to waive full reading and adopt Resolution No. 11 -432 <br /> Confirming the City Manager /Director of Emergency Services Proclamation of the Existence of a <br /> Local Emergency. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Cook - Kallio, McGovern, Thorne, Sullivan, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> The meeting adjourned to closed session or the following purpose. <br /> 5.
