CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1213 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SACRAMENTO DEVELOPERS, INC. FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 56 UNIT TOWNHOUSE COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 9.3 ACRES BOUNDED BY STONERIDGE DRIVE TO THE NORTH, HIGHWAY 1-680 TO THE EAST AND STONEDALE DRIVE TO THE WEST (PUD-85-12) WHEREAS, Sacramento Developers, Inc. applied for PUD zoning and development plan approval for construction of a 56 unit townhouse complex on an approximately 9.3 acre site bounded by Stoneridge Drive to the north, Highway 1-680 to the east and Stonedale Drive to the west; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on August 6, 1985; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 6, 1985; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 9.3 acre site bounded by Stoneridge Drive to the north, Highway 1-680 to the east and Stonedale Drive to the west to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #316, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated August 6, 1985, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: Approves the development plan for a 56 unit townhouse complex on the above described property, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
