CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1213 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SACRAMENTO DEVELOPERS, INC. <br /> FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 56 <br /> UNIT TOWNHOUSE COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 9.3 ACRES <br /> BOUNDED BY STONERIDGE DRIVE TO THE NORTH, HIGHWAY 1-680 <br /> TO THE EAST AND STONEDALE DRIVE TO THE WEST (PUD-85-12) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sacramento Developers, Inc. applied for PUD zoning and <br /> development plan approval for construction of a 56 unit <br /> townhouse complex on an approximately 9.3 acre site <br /> bounded by Stoneridge Drive to the north, Highway 1-680 <br /> to the east and Stonedale Drive to the west; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on August 6, <br /> 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 6, <br /> 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 9.3 acre <br /> site bounded by Stoneridge Drive to the north, Highway <br /> 1-680 to the east and Stonedale Drive to the west to the <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br /> Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #316, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated August 6, 1985, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan for a 56 unit <br /> townhouse complex on the above described property, <br /> subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B" attached hereto <br /> and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
