CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br /> PUD-85-14 <br /> <br />1. That this use permit is granted to operate an automobile <br /> wrecking facility on the subject property for a period of 15 <br /> years from the effective date of approval of this use permit. <br /> <br /> 2. That the Planning Commission shall review this application, <br /> if determined warranted by the Planning Director, every three <br /> years, said review being for the purpose of attaching <br /> additional conditions (but not for revoking the permit) if <br /> found necessary due to the nature of adjoining development <br /> during the review period. <br /> <br />3. That this use permit is granted solely to operate an <br /> automobile wrecking yard on the approximately 1.4 acre parcel <br /> located at 3862 and 3876 Old Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />4. That approval of this case is subject to the approval of Case <br /> PUD-85-14 and any conditions which may be attached thereto by <br /> the City. <br /> <br />5. That the use be subject to all the "required conditions,, of <br /> an I-G use contained in Section 2-7.19 of Article 9 of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton concerning <br /> allowable noise, emissions, odor, vibration, heat and cold, <br /> glare, electrical disturbance, radiation, insect nuisance, <br /> and disposal of wastes. <br /> <br /> <br />
