The SEP was created to expend the TVTD Fee funds over a ten -year time frame. The SEP allocates a total of $22.94 million to State Route 84, which is $10 million more than what is included in the existing SEP. The development of the SEP required some assumptions on fee collection in order to allocate funding to projects. The TVTD funding plan chart assumes a fee increase beginning January 1, 2012. The total amount of fees collected over the 10 year period is estimated at $60.35 million. In order to collect these amounts and fund the projects in the amount shown on the TVTD funding plan chart, the fee schedule shown in Chart 2 will need to be adopted.
