Ordinance No. 2019 <br /> Page 17 <br /> (1) 19.12.020 Responsibilities — Director of community development. <br /> The director of community development or his or her designee shall stamp the date <br /> and time received and be responsible for the expeditious processing of such maps <br /> and prompt referral thereof to the pertinent governmental agencies and affected utility <br /> companies, both public and private. The director shall coordinate the dissemination <br /> of information regarding the proposed subdivision of land. The planning commission <br /> shall consider the written reports of the public agencies in recommending approval, <br /> conditional approval or disapproval of the proposed subdivision. Distribution may <br /> include, but is not limited to, the following: <br /> A. The county planning commission; <br /> B. The planning commission of any other city within three miles of the subdivision; <br /> C. The district engineer of the Division of Highways of the state; <br /> D. The affected school district or districts; <br /> E. The fire department; <br /> F. The county health officer; <br /> G. The city engineer; <br /> H. The county surveyor; <br /> I. The county flood control and water conservation district; <br /> J. The sewer district; <br /> K. Utility providers <br /> (2) 19.12.070 Review board — Preliminary map review. <br /> Prior to the filing of a tentative map, the subdivider shall submit to the community <br /> development director 25 copies of the plans, together with the fee set forth in the <br /> Master Fee Schedule which will not be refundable and such other information <br /> concerning a proposed or contemplated development as is deemed desirable. The <br /> community development director will then, within 14 days, schedule a conference of <br /> the review board with the subdivider on such plans and other data, and the review <br /> board will make such general recommendations to the subdivider as shall seem <br /> proper regarding such plans or data, and shall recommend consultations by the <br /> subdivider with other public or private agencies as may be disclosed by the plans to <br /> be interested. <br /> Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in <br /> the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the <br /> City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on March 15, 2011 by the following vote. <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: CouncilmemberThorne <br /> And was adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on <br /> April 19, 2011 by the following vote: <br />
