The packet also includes new projects, programs and /or activities recommended by staff and <br />various City Boards, Commissions and Committees (see attachment #2). Upon agreement by <br />the City Council, these new initiatives will be incorporated into the City's existing workplan and <br />organized into the aforementioned categories listed above. <br />For your reference, also attached are copies of the City's General Plan vision statement, as <br />well as the organization's vision statement, which, when read together, capture the City's <br />short- and long -term strategic efforts. Also included are previous work plan accomplishments. <br />If upon reviewing the information you have any questions, please call me directly.
