O The Community Development Department has comprehensively reworked conditions of approval to separate code requirements from actual conditions, and has improved and made the language in standard conditions more clear. This is intended to result in a shorter list of better written, more project specific conditions which allows the applicant to easily find and address the most critical project concerns without the distraction of lengthy, often general standard conditions not tailored to the project in question, and extensive references to applicable codes. 7
