This creates certainty for what needs to <br />be accomplished before tract acceptance and eliminates the possibility of new <br />requirements being identified later in the process. <br />O The Traffic Engineering Division prepared a process guide for City required traffic <br />reports for development projects. This enables applicants to anticipate what <br />projects will be required to prepare a traffic report, and provides more certainty <br />regarding what the process will be in reviewing the report. <br />O The Community Development Department has comprehensively reworked <br />conditions of approval to separate code requirements from actual conditions, and <br />has improved and made the language in standard conditions more clear. This is <br />intended to result in a shorter list of better written, more project specific <br />conditions which allows the applicant to easily find and address the most critical <br />project concerns without the distraction of lengthy, often general standard <br />conditions not tailored to the project in question, and extensive references to <br />applicable codes. <br />7 <br />
