CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-042 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF BRIDGE HOUSING <br />CORPORATION, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of May 6, 2003, the City Council received a proposed negative <br />declaration for the application of BRIDGE Housing Corporation for Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) rezoning from the Agricultural (A) District to the PUD-HDR <br />(Planned Unit Development - High Density Residential) District, and PUD <br />development plan approval to construct a two-story, 59,581-square foot, 105-unit <br />assisted living facility on an approximately 3.59-acre parcel located at 100 <br />Junipero Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 24, 2002, and <br /> received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a duly noticed public heating was held on May 6, 2003, at which time the public <br />was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the <br />proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for <br /> adverse effects on fish and wildlife resources. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />
