EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />§5-2.27 Temporary One-Way Streets and Alleys. Whenever the City <br /> Traffic Engineer or the Chief of Police or his designate <br /> shall determine that unusual traffic congestion is likely to <br /> occur or has occurred due to public or private assemblages, <br /> gatherings, events, functions, or for other reasons, the City <br /> Traffic Engineer or the Chief of Police or his designate <br /> shall have the power and authority to order temporary signs <br /> to be erected, posted, or placed to indicate the movement of <br /> traffic in one direction only on such streets or alleys as <br /> the City Traffic Engineer or the Chief of Police or his <br /> designate shall direct during the time such condition exists. <br /> Such signs shall remain in place only during the existence of <br /> such condition and the City Traffic Engineer or the Chief of <br /> Police or his designate shall cause such signs to be removed <br /> promptly thereafter. While in place, such signs will be <br /> considered as official devices as defined in P.M.C. 5-1.01(q) <br /> and authorized in P.M.C. 5-2.01 Any violation of such signs <br /> is punishable under P.M.C. 5-2.03 and/or Section 21461 of the <br /> California Vehicle Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
