CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-038 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS <br />COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to the expiration of various terms and/or resignations, vacancies have occurred <br /> on various Commissions and Committees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, applications were received and interviews held with various individuals who are <br /> interested in serving on the commissions and/or committees and their <br /> qualifications evaluated. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Mark Woolckidgg is appointed as a member of the Economic Vitality Committee <br />as the Retail Business Center representative, which term expires on April 30, 2007, <br />or until such time as he is replaced. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />David Stark is appointed as a regular member and Rex Whisnand is appointed as <br />an alternate member of the Housing Commission, which terms expire on April 30, <br />2007, or until such time as they are replaced. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />Carol Sparks and Art Tenbrink are appointed as regular members, Julie Testa is <br />reappointed as a regular member, and Laura Olson is appointed as an alternate <br />member of the Human Services Commission, which terms expire on April 30, <br />2007, or until such time as they are replaced. <br /> <br />Section 4: <br />Section 5: <br /> <br />Chris Bourg is appointed as an altemate member of the Library Commission, <br />which term expires on April 30, 2007, or until such time as she is replaced. <br /> <br />Jerry Pentin is appointed as an alternate member of the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission, which term expires on April 30, 2007, or until such time as he is <br />replaced. <br /> <br /> <br />
