Res. No. 31-02 <br /> <br /> influencing Zone 7's planning and implementation efforts and by enhancing the communication and <br /> cooperation among the retail water agencies in the Livermore-Amador Valley; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on December 21, 1999 the District and the City of Dublin entered into an agreement <br /> which established a cooperative process for water planning maUers; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desire to explicitly extend that cooperative process to matters <br /> arising from the Th-Valley Water Retailers Cooperation Agreement. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DUBLIN SAN <br /> RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT, a public agency in the counties of Alameda and Contra Costa, California, <br /> that the Board President, together with the Secretary of this Board, acting on behalf of the District, are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute and attest thereto where required, respectively: <br /> <br /> 1. The Th-Valley Retailers Cooperation Agreement with the City of Livermore, which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A", as called for in the January 2, 2002 Memorandum of Understanding with <br /> the City of Livermore; and <br /> <br /> 2. The First Amendment to the December 21, 1999 Memorandum of Understanding between the <br /> District and the City of Dublin Regarding the Cooperative Implementation of the Agreement to <br /> Settle Water Litigation, which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B". <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of Dublin San Ramon Services District, a public agency in the <br />State of Califomia, counties of Alameda and Contra Costa, at its regalar meeting held on the 6th day of August <br />2002 and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />4 - Directors Jeffrey G.
