14.13 Cooperation In Litigation Challenging Settlement Agreement. Plaintiffs <br /> and Intervenor shall cooperate with the City in any litigation brought by a <br /> third party or parties challenging this Settlement Agreement, which could <br /> include support or assistance at the discretion of Intervenor or Plaintiffs. <br /> 14.14 Binding On Successors.
