RESOLUTION NO. 11-431 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> ACCEPTING THE MIDYEAR 2010/11FY FINANCIAL REPORT AND AMENDING THE <br /> 2010/11FY MIDTERM OPERATING BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, staff periodically presents to the City Council reports regarding the financial <br /> condition of the City along with any recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br /> corrections or corrective actions needed, and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council formally adopted the 2010/11FY Midterm Operating Budget <br /> (Budget) on June 1, 2010, and <br /> WHEREAS, staff has prepared a Midyear Budget update which includes recommended <br /> amendments to the Budget. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: Amend the Budget, as outlined in Attachment A. <br /> SECTION 2: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into <br /> the book of original resolutions <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on Marc:h 15, 2011. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on 15`" day of March, <br /> 2011, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Councilmember Thorne <br /> • <br /> Kare D iaz, City Clerk) <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Coca n Lowell, City Attorney <br />
