Location and Noticing Maps <br />BACKGROUND <br />The applicants, Frederic and Yiping Leroudier, had extensive water damage along the right <br />(south) second floor elevation cf their home which required replacing the wall. The Leroudiers <br />decided to take this opportunity to install an additional second -story window within the <br />bedroom since the south wall would be replaced.
