I have read the
document, and I strongly believed that existing privacy should be preserved as much as possible.
The architecture of the house on 5252 Meadowwood Ct, is such that it is not suitable to have a window opened on the
Southern side of the house due to the fact that it is too near to the adjacent neighbor. I suggest that planning
commissioners to approve the appellant to forbid the plan of adding the window. Allowing it to be opened will be a grave
mistake.
If the decision is made such that a window have to be opened, Leroudier family have to bear all the cost to plant the
trees. The trees should be a minimum of 15 at the time they are planted.
Privacy is dear to me and I believed the planning staffs will consider it seriously.
Best regards,
Jushan Xie
2/8/2011
Click here to report this email as spam.
1
