Work Plan ExtraTeam has provided a detailed task list for professional services under Section 11. ExtraTeam is somewhat unique in its approach to project management. We firmly believe that adherence to the best Project Management practices builds and maintains a very high level of customer confidence arid satisfaction. More importantly it ensures that any issues that may crop up are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our Proiect Manager is a full -time ExtraTeam employee and PMP certified. This certification is issued by the Proiect Management Institute and requires a minimum of 7,500 hours in a position of responsibility leading and directing specific tasks and 60 months of protect management experience. Prior to joining ExtraTeam, our Project Manager worked at Cisco Systems in the Information Technology Group and was the Project Manager responsible for Cisco's own internal roll out of unified communications. Developing detailed project plans that outline in detail the roles and responsibilities of the project team, dates, times and activities that will take place throughout the implementation, including contingency plans should they arise, are standard operating procedure for ExtraTeam.
