Chapter 17.16 Tree Preservation - Modifications to clarify that owner of property where heritage tree is located is only person who may apply to have tree removed; and other edits to reference current maintenance reference manuals and the current appeals process. Title 18 Zoning - Municipal code amendments in 2003 (Ordinances 1876 and 1880) created errors in the internal references for the design review process, which should include: (i) public notice to properties within 1,000 feet of applications for small generators; and (ii) public notice to adjacent properties for applications for front yard covered porches of any height. The proposed modifications to Chapter 18.20 Design Review correct those internal reference errors. Title 19 Subdivisions - Proposed changes reflect the current title of Director of Community Development, list of existing agencies, and reference the Master Fee Schedule.
