Chapter 17.16 Tree Preservation - Modifications to clarify that owner of property where <br /> heritage tree is located is only person who may apply to have tree removed; and other <br /> edits to reference current maintenance reference manuals and the current appeals <br /> process. <br /> Title 18 Zoning - Municipal code amendments in 2003 (Ordinances 1876 and 1880) <br /> created errors in the internal references for the design review process, which should <br /> include: (i) public notice to properties within 1,000 feet of applications for small <br /> generators; and (ii) public notice to adjacent properties for applications for front yard <br /> covered porches of any height.
