These changes generally bring current several out -of -date code references,
titles, phone numbers, and practices. The related resolutions update the Master Fee
Schedule, adopt public streets, and the delegate authority to the City Engineer to accept
real property for the City.
RECOMMENDATION
Introduce attached ordinance and adopt attached resolutions.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT
No financial impact. An ornnibus ordinance saves resources (printing and publication of
multiple notices) by consolidating multiple minor and noncontroversial municipal code
changes into one action. The amendment to the Master Fee Schedule brings specified
fees closer to current costs.
