If discussion is required, that particular item will be removed from the consent <br /> calendar and will be considered separately. <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approve regular meeting minutes of February 15, 2011 <br /> 2. Approve an agreement with CDCE Engineered Solutions for the purchase and installation of <br /> replacement mobile data computers (MDC's) in police and fire vehicles <br /> 3. Adopt a resolution to cancel the previously scheduled April 5, 2011 City Council meeting <br /> City Attorney <br /> 4. Introduce an Omnibus Ordinance amending the Municipal Code regarding: timing to file a <br /> claim against the City; references to the LPFD; update handbill restrictions; allow <br /> administrative citations for stormwater violations; clarify anti - scavenging prohibitions; update <br /> parade regulations; delete Traffic Appendix; update water turn off and reconnection charges; <br /> clarify tree preservation appeals process; correct internal references in the Zoning Code; <br /> update titles and reference the Master Fee Schedule for subdivisions; and related resolutions <br /> to: amend the Master Fee Schedule; accept specific public streets; and delegate authority to <br /> the City Engineer to accept grants and easements <br /> City Manager <br /> 5. Authorize a loan agreement in the Amount of 25,000 with the Tri- Valley Housing Opportunity <br /> Center (TVHOC) to address short-term operating expenses <br /> Community Development <br /> 6. Accept of appeal actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 7. Accept public improvements performed by Bay Cities Paving and Grading, Inc. for the Annual <br /> Resurfacing project, CIP No. 105003 <br />
