City Connection Fees <br /> <br /> (1) Each single-family dwelling unit shall pay a <br /> connection fee of $500.00. <br /> <br /> (2) All othe users shall be assesed a connection <br /> fee, as determined by the Director, based on <br /> the number of RDE's, or portion thereof, to be <br /> discharged to the sewerage system at the rate <br /> of $500.00 per RDE." <br /> <br /> Section 8: Section 2-15.50.03(a) of Article 6 (Rates, Fees, and <br /> Charges) is hereby amended to add subsection (a)(5) to <br /> read as follows: <br /> <br /> "(a)(5) Pretreatment Program User Charges. The <br /> pretreatment program user charge shall be designed to <br /> recover program costs and shall consist of (i) a demand <br /> (service) charge, based on classes of users, designed to <br /> recover program administrative costs, and (ii) a loading <br /> (sampling) charge based on the number and type of <br /> sampling analyses conducted during the billing period. <br /> Bi-monthly pretreatment program user charges are set <br /> forth in Section 2-15.50.06 entitled 'Schedule of Rates, <br /> Fees, and Charges."' <br /> <br />'Section 9: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times" a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 10: This ordinance shall be effective immediately after <br /> the date of fts final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
