CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1203 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VARIOUS SEWER RELATED RATES, FEES <br /> AND CHARGES <br />WHEREAS, the effective date of the amended connection and user <br /> charges must be July 1, 1985 in order to meet the City's <br /> requirements visa vis its agreement with DSRSD which <br /> fact necessitates the urgent adoption of this ordinance <br /> in order to preserve the public peace, health and <br /> safety; <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Sections 2-15.01.31 and 2-15.01.51 of Article 1 <br /> (Definitions) of Chapter 8 of Title II of the Ordinance <br /> Code of the City of pleasanton are hereby amended in <br /> their entirety to read as follows: <br /> ,,2-15.01.31 MULTIPLE-FAMILY DWELLING shall mean any <br /> residential dwelling located on a single lot containing <br /> more than two dwelling units, including without <br /> limitation triplexes, quadplexes, apartments, and mobile <br /> homes in mobile home parks." <br /> <br /> ,,2-15.01-51 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING shall mean any <br /> residential dwelling unit not herein defined as a <br /> multiple-familY dwelling or condominium, including <br /> without limitation a single-familY detached residence, a <br /> duplex, and a mobile home not in a mobile home park." <br /> Section 2: Section 2-15.01.12.5 of Article 1 (Definitions) of <br /> Chapter 8, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> pleasanton is hereby amended in its entirety to read as <br /> follows: <br /> ,,2-15.01.12-5 CONDOMINIUM shall mean any residential <br /> dwelling located on a single lot, either in fee or air <br /> space, when attached to one or more residential dwelling <br /> units, including without limitation a condominium and a <br /> townhouse." <br /> Section 3: Section 2-15.01.44.5 of Article 1, Chapter 8, Title <br /> II of the Ordinance Code of the City of pleasanton is <br /> hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: <br /> ,,2-15.01.44.5 SECONDARY UNIT shall mean any secondary <br /> unit added to the lot of a pre-existing, detached <br /> single-familY residential unit as defined in Government <br /> <br /> <br />
