CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 03-030 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPOINTING COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES TO THE <br /> TRI-VALLEY CEMETERY COMMITTEE AND THE TRI-VALLEY <br /> PERFORMING ARTS COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, from time to time the mayors and City/Town Councils of the Tri-Valley <br /> communities of Danville, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton and San Ramon meet to <br /> discuss issues of mutual interest; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the February 27, 2003 meeting of the Tri-Valley Councils, members expressed <br /> interest in forming two committees to study the issues of regional cemetery needs <br /> and performing arts facilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each jurisdiction was asked to appoint a representative to each committee. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby appoints Cotmcilmember Jennifer Hosterman as the City <br /> of Pleasanton's representative to the Tri-Valley Cemetery Committee. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City Council hereby appoints Councilmember Kay Ayala as the City of <br /> Pleasanton's representative to the Tri-Valley Performing Arts Committee. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
