ATTACHMENT 3 <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT <br /> TO CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES: <br /> Carollo Engineers <br /> This First Amendment, dated March 1, 2011, amends the "Contract for Consultant Services for <br /> Sanitary Sewer Lift Station S -6 Replacement Project No. 012027 ", (C -08 -207) entered into on February <br /> 19, 2008 between the CITY OF PLEASANTON and Carollo Engineers. <br /> RECITALS <br /> The parties desire to amend the Original Contract to provide additional design services and <br /> construction support services. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in exchange for mutual consideration, the receipt and value of which is <br /> hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Scope of Work described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit `B" to the Original Agreement shall <br /> be Amended to include additional engineering and construction services as outlined in <br /> Exhibits A and 13 of this amendment <br /> 2. The Scope of Work described in the Original Agreement shall be further amended to include <br /> additional compensation for services to be rendered under Exhibit A and Exhibit B on a Time <br /> and Material basis not to exceed $299,827.00 <br /> 3.
