Retail and service uses shall have a minimum interior 15 ft clear floor to <br /> ceiling height. <br /> D4.2. Live /work uses shall have a minimum 12 ft clear floor to ceiling height for two <br /> story units and 15' clear floor to ceiling for one story units to allow for <br /> mezzanine. <br /> D4.3. Storefronts shall have a minimum depth of 40 ft, and 60 ft at corners. <br /> Design Guidelines <br /> D4.a. Large display windows(large panes or divided lites) are strongly encouraged. <br /> D4.b. Clear glass should be used. Colored or reflective glass is not appropriate. <br /> D4.c.
