Internal streets shall have at minimum 4 ft plantings strip and 5 ft sidewalk <br /> on each side of the street. <br /> B4.2. Front setbacks shall be a minimum 8 feet from the back of sidewalk providing <br /> enough room for planting and privacy while still allowing a strong relationship <br /> between the units and the street. <br /> B4.3.
