Vice Mayor Thorne confirmed that a 10 and 20 year forecast will be completed once build out <br /> numbers with the Housing Element are identified, and that Council priorities will be reviewed in <br /> February. <br /> Mayor Hosterman opened the public hearing. There were no public comments, and the public <br /> hearing was closed. <br /> Mayor Hosterman and Councilmembers thanked staff for their work in maintaining sound fiscal <br /> policies while still providing high quality services, given a decrease of 46 FTE's. <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned to Closed Session at 9:55 p.m., <br /> with a tribute to our nation's men and women serving in the military.
