We did attempt, prior to the <br />hearing, to address our rear neighbors concerns and issues, but unfortunately they were <br />not willing to discuss their opposition with us directly. We were pleased to see that you <br />and your staff were able to apply the zoning regulations and recommend appropriate <br />conditions/recommendations that would minimize any impact to our neighbors and our <br />home proposal. <br />Best Regards, <br />Rodney and Trina Lopez <br />EXHIBIT D <br />6114 Homer Court <br />Pleasanton, CA 94588 <br />July 12, 2010 <br />During the meeting there was a comment from one of our rear neighbors about making <br />enemies, which made us feel a little uneasy. Our main goal is to increase the size of our <br />home to address our work and family needs, not to have our neighbors act hostile towards <br />us. We wanted to let you know that after we came home from the hearing we heard loud <br />Hispanic music blaring from our rear neighbor's back yard for about an hour and a half. <br />In the twelve years we have resided here we have never heard any loud music coming <br />from their back yard.
