This would lessen
any impact of light, air, open space, view or shadowing to the neighbors to the
J
East.
6
Applicants jogged out the second story roofline in the front (center) to make the
home more aesthetically appealing to lessen any impacts regarding unsightliness
4
Applicants Jogged out the second story roofline in the rear to make the home
7
more aesthetically appealing and to hold up chimney instead of using brackets,
again to lessen any impacts regarding unsightliness.
J
8
Applicants offered to meet with rear neighbors, prior to ZA hearing to g o over their
issues and concerns. Their off was rejected.
Not Accepted
1
9
Applicants agree to plant landscaping to resolve the Persin's issue with the view
of the applicants home and privacy concerns.
J
10
Applicants agree to provide more landscaping to resolve the Hoehne's issue with
the view of the applicants home and privacy concerns.
4
11
Applicants agree to reduce the size and move the second floor master bathroom
window, overhead, to resolve the Persin's and Hoehne's privacy issue.
Ni
12
Applicants agree to reduced the size and move the additional second floor
bathroom window overhead, to resolve the Persin's and Hoehne's privacy issue.
4
13
Reduced the size of the second floor bedroom window to resolve the Persin's anon
J
Hoehne's privacy issue.
Applicants were made aware that their side yard light was bothering the
14
appellants to the rear. The applicants have turned off the light until a suitable
shroud can be installed.
4
15
Applicant's give up Saturday construction hours
4
16
Applicants offered mediation to appellants to discuss and possibly resolve issues
with proposal.
Accepted
17
Applicants and appellants attended mediation.
4
4
18
Applicants conceded moving mediation deadline to allow one additional meeting
at a pre- approved date, if necessary.
4
Applicants considered option to build over garage only. The applicants found that
19
building only on lop of the garage does not give the space that the applicants
require, would look lopsided, and perhaps give the appearance of a poorly
designed home, possibly having a negative effect on neighboring property values
4
Applicants considered option to build out on applicant's side yard. After
investigating applicants found that this option would take away most of the kid's
playing yard creating an awkward and non - functional shaped back yard, was not
20
space economical, resulted in odd shaped rooms, would still require to build on
second floor, was not financially economical, required applicant's to move out
during construction, required more offsite storage capacity, and existing mature
landscaping further restricted development in this portion of the property.
4
21
Perry's consider applicant's landscaping offer to resolve issue of seeing
applicant's East wall.
Not Accepted
4
22
Perry's consider applicant's hip roof offer to resolve issue of seeing wall and to
lessen impact of shadowing.
Not Accepted
J
23
Applicants offer to install skylight in Perry's home
Not Accepted
J
Since the Hoehne's made it known that they were planning to re- landscape their
back yard, in an effort to assist in starting that process, the applicants will offer to
purchase the twa, city approved, trees (15 gallon) to be planted in the Hoehne's
24
back yard. This would allow the Hoehne's to pick out the trees they would like
and will reduce the Hoehne's landscaping expense. Otherwise, because of space
limitations, the applicants only option would be to plant the Cypress in the
applicant's back yard.
Open
4
Summary of Mitigations, Compromises, Concessions, and Considerations
Page 9 of 10
