Floor - Area -Ratio of other Homes within Vicinity of Subject Property
<br /> The staff report for the Planning Commission hearing includes the square footage of
<br /> homes within a 300 -foot radius of the subject property. The purpose of this data is to
<br /> show the approximate range of the sizes of homes within vicinity of the project site.
<br /> During the public hearing portion of the Planning Commission hearing, Mr. David Persin
<br /> stated that the floor - area -ratio (F.A.R.) of the homes should be added to the chart to
<br /> provide a more complete analysis of the data. A member of the Planning Commission
<br /> stated that this additional irformation would be helpful in the decision making process.
<br /> In reply to both of these comments, the chart shown in Figure 8 below has consistent
<br /> data with that shown in thB Planning Commission staff report, but also includes the
<br /> F.A.R.
