RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ACCEPTING THE 2009 /10FY YEAR -END FINANCIAL REPORT OF THE CAPITAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND AMEND THE 2009 /10FY CIP <br /> BUDGET, <br /> WHEREAS, each year a report of financial condition of the Capital Improvement <br /> Program is presented to Council which includes staff recommendations for budget amendments <br /> and carryovers; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report for the fiscal year ending June 30, <br /> 2010; and <br /> WHEREAS, as a result of the year -end financial review, staff made numerous <br /> recommendations as outlined in that report. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> Section 1: Amend the 2009/10FY Capital Improvement Program Budget as shown in Appendix <br /> A. <br /> Section 2: Approve the Capital Improvement Program Budget carryovers as shown in Appendix <br /> D. <br /> Section 3: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book of <br /> original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on the 15`" day of February, 2011. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the , by the following <br /> vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Jonathan P.
