CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1200 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF J. GORDON BINGHAM FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL OF A BUILDING ON AN APPROXIMATELY 2.3 ACRE PORTION OF AN APPROXIMATELY 49 ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF SANTA RITA ROAD BETWEEN OLD SANTA RITA ROAD TO THE WEST AND HIGHWAY 1-580 TO THE NORTH WHEREAS, J. Gordon Bingham applied for development plan approval for construction of a one story, 14,200 sq. ft. automobile sales and service building on an approximately 2.3 acre portion of an approximately 49 acre site located on the northwest side of Santa Rita Road between Old Santa Rita Road to the west and Highway 1-580 to the north; and WHEREAS, the proposed project is categorically exempt under CEQA and no environmental document accompanies this application; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 21, 1985; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of a one story, 14,200 sq. ft. automobile sales and service building on an approximately 2.3 acre portion of an approximately 49 acre site located on the northwest side of Santa Rita Road between Old Santa Rita Road to the west and Highway 1-580 to the north, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times" a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
