PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-76 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE 2002 GROWTH <br />MANAGEMENT REPORT <br />WHEREAS, at its November 25, 2002 meeting, the Planning Commission reviewed the <br />2002 Growth Management Report and the staff report regarding growth <br />management allocations and requests; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of November 25, 2002, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning the growth management <br />allocations. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Accepts the 2002 Growth Management Report and recommends that the <br />City Council accept it as well, with the addition of a new category of 50 <br />units for "net-zero energy homes" in Table 2, "Present and Future Yearly <br />Allocations and Sub-Allocations (units)." <br />Section 2.
