EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PUD-85-5 <br /> <br />1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the <br /> development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br /> Department but that the parking shall be per the "Alternate <br /> Parking Plan" dated 3/28/85 on file with the Planning <br /> Department. This plan shows 788 parking spaces. <br /> <br />2. That prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant <br /> shall enter into an agreement with the City to provide 24 <br /> additional compact parking spaces perpendicular to the <br /> eastern property line immediately east of the office building <br /> site when and if it is determined by the City that parking on <br /> the AVAC site is insufficient. The applicant shall further <br /> agree to provide additional parking in a parking structure on <br /> the office building or AVAC site if the 24 compact parking <br /> spaces still do not satisfy the on-site parking demand for <br /> the uses on the AVAC, hotel and office building site. The <br /> agreement shall specify how and when additional parking shall <br /> be provided. <br /> <br />3. That the development shall meet all parking dimension <br /> standards of the Pleasanton Ordinance Code. <br /> <br />4. That this project is subject to all Standard Conditions of <br /> Development, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br /> reference, except conditions number 12, 13, 14, 29, 46 and <br /> 49. <br /> <br />/// <br /> <br /> <br />
