PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-74 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSAL FOR BUILDING COLORS, <br />AWNING, AND SIGNAGE FOR THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 500 MAIN <br />STREET, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-244 <br />WHEREAS, Bateman Tehrani has applied for design review approval for modifications to the <br />existing building located at 500 Main Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is Central Commercial (C-C) and Downtown Revitalization <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 23, 2002, the Planning Commission approved a portion <br />of the design review proposal and directed that the proposed building colors, <br />awning, and sign be brought back to the Commission for its review and approval; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public heazing of November 25, 2002, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature aze categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed building colors, awning <br />design and color, and projecting sign for Baci Restaurante is appropriate for the <br />building. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the building colors, awning design and color, and projecting sign for Baci <br />Restaurante, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless <br />appealed prior to that time. <br />
