Resolution No. PC-2002-73 <br />Page 3 <br />Exhibit °B" <br />PAP-39: Conditions of Approval <br />(Case PDR-191) <br />3875 Aopyard Road <br />Cingular Wireless <br />(November 25, 2002) <br />The personal wireless service facility shall be constructed and maintained substantially as <br />shown on the plans, written narratives, and photo simulations, Exhibit A, dated "Received <br />February 27, 2002" on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these <br />conditions. Minor changes to the project may be allowed subject to prior approval by the <br />Plarming Director, if found to be in substantial conformance with the approved exhibits. <br />2. The personal wireless service facility shall adhere to the regulations contained in Chapter <br />18.110, (Personal Wireless Service Facilities) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />3. All conditions of approval for this case shall be written by the project developer on <br />all building permit plan check sets submitted for review and approval. These <br />conditions of approval shall be on, at all times, all grading and construction plans kept on <br />the project site. It is the responsibility of the building developer to ensure that the project <br />contractor is aware of, and abides by, all conditions of approval. Prior approval from the <br />Planning Department must be received before any changes are constituted in site design, <br />grading, building design, building colors or materials, etc. <br />4. As part of this project, the existing television antenna on the roof shall be removed or <br />relocated such that it would be screened to the extent feasible. Prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit, the applicant shall revise the plans to address this condition of approval. <br />5. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall revise the plans to include the <br />south elevation drawing. The drawing shall be subject to the review and approval of the <br />Planning Director. <br />6. At all times, the color and texture of the fiberglass parapet roof screens shall match those <br />of the existing roof parapet screens on the building. <br />The applicant shall implement site specific control measures to ensure that the facility will <br />be in compliance with the Federal Communication Commission's radio frequency <br />exposure regulations. The measures shall be designed to protect anyone authorized to <br />work or be on the building roof. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant <br />shall revise the plans to include these measures and shall submit documentation from an <br />engineer licensed by the State of California and approved by the Zoning Administrator <br />verifying that the site will be in compliance with the FCC requirements. <br />
