PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-69 <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING GENERAL PLAN CONSISTENCY FOR THE <br />SALE OF A PORTION OF THE CITY'S WATER TANK SITE (BONDE II) <br />WHEREAS, the City Council declared a 0.13 acre and a 0.29 acre portion of the <br />Bonde II water tank site as surplus; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of October 23, 2002, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning the sale of this surplus <br />property; and <br />WHEREAS, determinations of General Plan conformity do not require any environmental <br />assessment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Determines that the City's intended sale of a 0.13 acre and a 0.29 acre <br />portion of the Bonde II water tank site would be consistent with Pleasanton's <br />General Plan. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
