PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-65 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR THE <br />APPLICATION OF WATERHOUSE MANAGEMENT COMPANY, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PCUP-47/PDR-183/PV-65 <br />WHEREAS, Waterhouse Management Company has applied for (1) conditional use permit and <br />design review approvals to allow the addition of three mobile home spaces and <br />relocation of the existing RV storage azea and cazwash shed; and 2) a variance from <br />the Municipal Code to reduce the reaz yard setback for the proposed three mobile <br />homes from the required 30 feet to three feet located at 3231 Vineyard Avenue <br />(Hacienda Mobile Home Pazk); and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-4 (Multiple-Family Residenfial; 4,000 Square Foot <br />Lot/Per Unit); and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of October 23, 2002, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br />negative declaration prepared for Case PCUP-47/PDR-183/PV-65; and <br />WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of <br />the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the prepazation of Negative <br />Declarations; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not <br />have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project will have no <br />potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. <br />
