Resolution No. PC-2002-61 <br />Page 3 <br />Exhibit B <br />Planning Commission Approved <br />Conditions of Approval <br />PADR-643, Philip Ciesielski <br />4160 Stanley Boulevard <br />October 9, 2002 <br />The flagpole shall be constructed and maintained substantially as shown on the plans <br />Exhibit A, dated "Received August 30, 2002," on file with the Planning Department, <br />except as modified by these conditions. Minor changes to the project may be allowed <br />subject to prior approval by the Planning Director, if found to be in substantial <br />conformance with the approved exhibits. <br />2. All conditions of approval for this case shall be written by the project applicant on all <br />building permit plan check sets submitted for review and approval. These conditions <br />of approval shall be on, at all times, all construction plans kept on the project site. It is the <br />responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the project contractor is awaze of, and abides <br />by, all conditions of approval. <br />3. The flagpole shall be white or silver metal. The eagle shall be gold, bronze, silver, or a <br />similaz color. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall write the color <br />of the flagpole and eagle on the plans. All colors are subject to the review and approval of <br />the Planning Director, prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />4. The flagpole shall be no taller than the roof peak of the existing house on site, which is <br />approximately 25 feet in height. The height of the flagpole is subject to the review and <br />approval of the Planning Director, prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />5. The diameter of the flagpole shall be proportionate to the height of the flagpole. The <br />diameter of the flagpole shall be subject to the review and approval of the Planning <br />Director, prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br />6. The size of the flags shall be appropriate for the flagpole and shall be proportionate to the <br />height of the flagpole. <br />7. The flags and the flagpole shall not be illuminated. <br />8. Only a national and/or a state flag shall be flown on the flagpole. If the applicant wishes <br />to fly another flag on the flagpole, the applicant shall receive prior approval to fly this <br />other flag from the Planning Director. <br />9. The flagpole hoist shall be nylon. If metal is anywhere on a flag to be flown, prior to <br />flying the flag, the applicant shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Planning Director <br />
