CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1195 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SENTE ASSOCIATES MAIN STREET AND CLYDE VAUGHN FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO DEVELOP A TWO BUILDING OFFICE/RETAIL COMPLEX AT 400 AND 450 MAIN STREET (PUD-85-3) WHEREAS, Sente Associates Main Street and Clyde Vaughn have applied for development plan approval for development of a two building office/retail complex consisting of 20,004 sq. ft. and 22,440 sq. ft. structures; the former being the renovation of 450 Main Street and the latter being new construction at 400 Main Street; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a Negative Declaration was adopted by Council on May 7, 1985; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 7, 1985; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 1.8 acre site at 400 and 450 Main Street from C-C (Central Commercial) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Central Commercial District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960,on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #310, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated May 7, 1985, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: Approves the development plan for a two building office/retail complex consisting of 20,004 sq. ft. and 22,440 sq. ft. structures to be located at 400 and 450 Main Street, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
