CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1195 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF SENTE ASSOCIATES MAIN <br /> STREET AND CLYDE VAUGHN FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> PLAN APPROVAL TO DEVELOP A TWO BUILDING OFFICE/RETAIL <br /> COMPLEX AT 400 AND 450 MAIN STREET (PUD-85-3) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sente Associates Main Street and Clyde Vaughn have <br /> applied for development plan approval for development of <br /> a two building office/retail complex consisting of <br /> 20,004 sq. ft. and 22,440 sq. ft. structures; the former <br /> being the renovation of 450 Main Street and the latter <br /> being new construction at 400 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a Negative <br /> Declaration was adopted by Council on May 7, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 7, 1985; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 1.8 acre <br /> site at 400 and 450 Main Street from C-C (Central <br /> Commercial) to the PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development)-Central Commercial District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960,on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #310, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated May 7, 1985, and incorporated herein <br /> by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: Approves the development plan for a two building <br /> office/retail complex consisting of 20,004 sq. ft. and <br /> 22,440 sq. ft. structures to be located at 400 and 450 <br /> Main Street, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B" <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
