Section 2704.10 is amended to read: <br /> 2704.10 Supervision. Required emergency alarm, detection and automatic fire - <br /> extinguishing systems shall be supervised by an approved central, proprietary or <br /> remote station service. <br /> 20.24.360 CFC Section 3007.3 added — Liquefied carbon dioxide. <br /> Section 3007.3 is added to read: <br /> 3007.3 Liquefied carbon dioxide. Storage, use and handling of liquefied carbon <br /> dioxide shall comply with this section. <br /> 3007.3.1 Storage, use and handling. Storage, use and handling of liquefied <br /> carbon dioxide shall comply with NFPA Standard 55, Chapter 13. <br /> 3007.3.2 Fill bibs. Approved, outside fill bibs shall be provided when containers <br /> are filled on -site when required by the fire code official. <br /> 20.24.370 CFC Section 3102 amended — Definition, Corrosive. <br /> Section 3102 Definition is amended to read: <br /> CORROSIVE. A chemical that causes visible destruction of, or irreversible alterations <br /> in, living tissue by chemical action at the point of contact. <br /> 1. A chemical shall be considered corrosive if, when tested on the intact skin of <br /> albino rabbits by the method described in DOT 49 CFR 173.137, such chemical <br /> destroys or changes irreversibly the structure of the tissue at the point of contact <br /> following an exposure period of 4 hours. This term does not refer to action on <br /> inanimate surfaces. <br /> 2. A liquid with a pH of 2 or less or 12.5 or more, except for foodstuffs and <br /> medicines. <br /> 3. Any hazardous waste defined as corrosive by applicable hazardous waste <br /> regulations <br /> 20.24.380 CFC Section 3308.2 added — Prohibition of Fireworks. <br /> 3308.2 Prohibition of Fireworks. It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, or <br /> entity to possess, store, offer for sale, expose for sale, sell at retail or wholesale, use or <br /> explode any fireworks. <br /> Exception: The use of fireworks as part of a professional display, operated by a <br /> California State licensed pyrotechnic operator as set forth in Section 3308.1 <br /> 66 <br />
