Section 6.16 Title of Parts and Sections. <br /> Any titles of the sections or subsections of this Agreement are inserted for convenience of <br /> reference only and shall be disregarded in interpreting any part of the Agreement's provisions. <br /> Section 6.17 Entire Understanding of the Parties <br /> This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties with <br /> respect to the Loan. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the Project Agreement, <br /> then this Agreement shall control. <br /> Section 6.18 Multiple Originals; Counterpart. <br /> This Agreement may be executed in multiple originals, each of which is deemed to be an <br /> original, and may be signed in counterparts. <br /> Section 6.19 Extension of Term.
