With <br />all due respect to their concerns, I would like to offer an alternative perspective on the issues presented. <br />Privacy. I am satisfied that my privacy into my backyard and pool area will be sufficiently protected with <br />the trees and window placement in the Lopez plans. <br />While I understand that there is a bedroom window that could see into my pool area or bedroom— the <br />opposite is also true. If they can see me, I can also see them. I would have clearer visibility into their <br />
