Approve regular meeting minutes of December 7, 2010 City Manager 2. Accept Commissioner Absences Report for the period of July 1 through December 31, 2010 3. Approve an amendment to the HELP Promissory Note and approval of a $450,000 allocation from the lower Income Housing Fund to assist with repayment of the HELP loan Community Development 4. Accept of appeal actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission 5. Public Hearing: PRZ -56, Ed Churka, Consider the introduction of an ordinance to amend the Pleasanton Municipal Code to allow basement self- storage for the public in commercial buildings as permitted uses within the Downtown Central Commercial Zoning District MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC 6.
