(2) Conditional Uses: <br />(a) home occupation <br />(b) large-family day care home <br />(c) second unit <br />(3) The above-listed uses shall have the meaning as defined and/or interpreted for <br />uses in the R-1 districts of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. Other uses listed <br />in the R-1 districts of the Pleasanton Municipal Code shall be either permit- <br />ted or conditionally permitted as listed therein. <br />b. The HDR- designated portion of the project (Parcel C- Senior Housing) shall be <br />subject to the following uses: <br />(1) Permitted Uses: <br />(a) multi-family dwellings for seniors <br />(b) household pets <br />(c) accessory structures and uses <br />(d) small family day care home <br />(2) Conditional Uses: <br />(a) home occupation <br />(b) large-family day care home <br />(3) The above-listed uses shall have the meaning as defined and/or interpreted <br />for uses in the RM districts of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. Other uses <br />listed in the RM districts of the Pleasanton Municipal Code shall be either <br />permitted or conditionally permitted as listed therein. <br />The school district facility designated portion of the project (Parcel A) shall be sub- <br />ject to the following P&I and MDR uses: <br />(1) Permitted Uses - P&I: <br />(a) Pleasanton Unified School District educational facility <br />(b) accessory structures and uses <br />(2) Permitted Uses -MDR Senior Housing: <br />(a) single-family attached and detached senior housing <br />(b) accessory uses and structures <br />(3) Conditional Use: <br />(a) home occupation <br />d. The church site-designated portion of the project (Parcel D) shall be subject to the <br />following P&I uses: <br />(1) Conditional Uses: <br />(a) church facility <br />(b) accessory structures and uses <br />(2) The above-listed uses shall have the meaning as defined and/or interpreted <br />for uses in the P&I districts of the Pleasanton Municipal Code.
