Resolution No. PC-2002-46 <br />Page 3 <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed prezoning and development <br />plan are consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the prezoning of the site to PUD-LDR/MDR/HDR/P&I/ <br />and Mixed P&I/MDR (Low Density Residential/Medium Density <br />Residential/High Density Residential/Public & Institutional and Mixed Public & <br />Institutional/Medium Density Residential) District. <br />Section 2. Recommends approval of the development plan for 175 new single-family homes, <br />plus two existing homes; 16 duets; a 172-unit senior apartment project; and a <br />church/day care facility on approximately 92 acres located northwesterly of the <br />Operations Service Center, between Busch Road and Mohr Avenue and easterly <br />of the former Southern Pacific Railroad Corridor, subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 3 .
