PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-45 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PGPA-04, THE <br />APPLICATION OF PONDEROSA HOMES FOR GENERAL PLAN <br />AMENDMENTS FOR THE BUSCH PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied to amend portions of the General Plan Land Use <br />Element for the Busch Property, an approximately 92 acre site located <br />northwesterly of the Operations Service Center, between Busch Road and Mohr <br />Avenue and easterly of the former Southern Pacific Railroad Corridor; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is currently unincorporated and not pre-zoned; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 24, 2002, the Planning Commission recommended approval of <br />the negative declazation prepazed for Case PGPA-4, PUD-18, and PGM-6; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds the proposed General Plan amendments to be <br />consistent with the goals and policies of the General Plan <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the General Plan amendments as shown in Exhibit "C," <br />attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
