Resolution No. PC-2002-42 Page 3 Exhibit B TR-7176E Tentative Map Extension of Lemoine Ranch Estates Planning Commission -July 10, 2002 The project shall conform substantially to the approved tentative map TR-7176, Exhibit "A," dated "Received May 3, 2000," on file with the Planning Department 2. The tentative map shall lapse and become null and void one year from the effective date this case (Case TR-7176E), unless, prior to this time, a final map is recorded or the Planning Commission grants another extension in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act and Pleasanton Municipal Code. Except as modified by conditions above, all conditions of Case PUD-99-1, PUD-99-1-2M, and TR-7176 shall remain in full force and effect. {end}
